STUDIO RULES & GUIDELINES

Our studio is dedicated to delivering a professional, creative, and welcoming experience for every client. To help us maintain a safe, respectful, and efficient environment, we kindly ask all visitors to observe the following studio guidelines. These standards ensure a quality experience for everyone who works with Young King Nation Ltd.

Booking & Scheduling

All recording sessions must be booked in advance to help us prepare properly for your session and provide the best experience possible. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time, as late arrivals may reduce the amount of recording time available within the booked session. In cases where a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we kindly request early communication to avoid scheduling conflicts and inconvenience

Payments

To confirm bookings, a deposit may be required before the session date. Full payment for studio services must be completed before final project files or recordings are delivered to the client. Please note that any additional studio time, extra revisions, or extended sessions beyond the original booking may attract additional charges.

Studio Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a professional, creative, and respectful studio environment for everyone. Clients and guests are expected to respect studio equipment, staff members, and fellow creatives using the space. Any form of disruptive behavior, violence, or activities that may interfere with the studio environment will not be tolerated. Food and drinks should also be handled carefully around recording equipment to avoid damages.

Guests & Visitors

To maintain a comfortable and focused atmosphere during recording sessions, only a limited number of guests may be allowed inside the studio. Clients are fully responsible for the conduct and behavior of any visitors they bring along. Excessive noise, overcrowding, or distractions that interrupt the recording process may lead to restrictions during the session.

Recording Sessions

Artists are encouraged to come fully prepared before their scheduled recording session. Bringing lyrics, beats, reference tracks, or any necessary materials in advance helps maximize productivity during studio time. Please note that booked session time includes setup, recording, short breaks, and adjustments made during the creative process.

File Delivery

Final audio files and completed projects will be delivered after client approval and confirmation of completed payments. We strongly encourage clients to back up all delivered files after receiving them. Any additional edits, revisions, or changes requested outside the agreed project scope may require additional studio fees depending on the work involved.
