All bookings must be made through our official booking channels. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received (where applicable). We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings due to scheduling conflicts or operational reasons.
Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.
All prices for services will be communicated before confirmation of booking. Payments must be completed according to the agreed terms. Deposits made to secure bookings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Additional services or extended session time beyond the original agreement will incur extra charges.
Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the nature of the service booked. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where cancellation is made by the company.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be offered an alternative date or refund where applicable.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and ensuring they arrive prepared for their sessions. This includes bringing required materials such as scripts, beats, reference files, or branding assets where necessary.
Clients are also responsible for the behavior of their guests during studio sessions or events.
All clients and visitors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully while using our facilities. Any form of misconduct, abuse of equipment, or disruption of services will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session without refund.
Damage caused to studio equipment or property due to negligence will be charged to the responsible party.
Clients retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed. However, we reserve the right to showcase completed work for promotional and portfolio purposes unless a written request is made not to do so.
We may use behind-the-scenes content, images, or recordings from sessions for promotional purposes on our platforms unless the client explicitly requests privacy in writing before the session.
We are not liable for any indirect losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services. While we ensure professional quality and care, results may vary depending on creative direction and client input.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
