PODCAST & MEDIA SESSION GUIDELINES

To maintain a smooth, professional, and high-quality production experience for all creators, we kindly ask all clients to follow the guidelines below when booking our podcast and media studio.

Booking & Timing

All podcast and media sessions must be booked in advance to ensure proper scheduling and setup. Clients are expected to arrive on time, as late arrivals may reduce the total session duration. Any rescheduling or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible to avoid conflicts and ensure fair use of studio time for all users.

Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the type of session requested. Full payment must be completed according to the agreed terms before final files or recordings are delivered. Any additional time or extra services requested outside the original booking will incur additional charges.

Studio Usage & Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment for all creators. Clients and guests are expected to treat the studio equipment, space, and staff with care. Any form of disruptive behavior, misuse of equipment, or violation of studio policies will not be tolerated. Food and drinks should be handled responsibly to avoid damage to equipment.

Guests & Participants

The number of guests allowed per session may be limited depending on the setup and type of recording. Clients are responsible for the behavior of all guests and participants. Excessive noise, overcrowding, or interruptions that affect production quality may result in adjustments to the session.

Recording Preparation

Clients are encouraged to come fully prepared with scripts, topics, questions, or any supporting materials needed for their session. Preparation ensures smooth recording and maximizes the use of studio time. Session duration includes setup, recording, breaks, and adjustments

Equipment & Setup

Our studio provides professional-grade audio and video equipment. Clients are not allowed to tamper with or move equipment without permission from our technical team. Any damage caused due to negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.
